    And then, there is that odd cross of a color between mustard and tobacco my husband calls “baby poop”…..good resource and nice to look at the colors and names. Being a lover of green, I looked for my favorite, celadon and the runner up, celery.

    Thanks for sharing this Nicholas. This is a a fantastic idea for anyone who writes anything – from a school essay to a book to an email. I’m going to start making these for the boring words I commonly use. Now just to find the time.

        Believe me, female writers also struggle with color names, mainly when English is the second language. LOL
