You may remember my publisher friend, Dan Dombrowski. He sent me this awesome artwork the other day, and I just had to share. Drawn by Joe Stansbury, it is based on Robert Blumenstein’s story “Delivery to Venus” from the Nonlocal Science Fiction Magazine Issue #1. Joe has titled it, Mercury is Gone.
You can find Joe’s portfolio page on Society6 and on his website. You can also connect with Joe on Facebook Page.
Spectacular! This guy is talented.
Indeed! 🙂
Very cool. May you have a wonderfully creative day!
Thank! You too 🙂
Cool cover Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, D 🙂
Wow, what an amazing cover!
Thank you, on Joe’s behalf 😀
That pops right off the page! Amazing artwork.
Glad you liked it, Michelle! 🙂
Reblogged this on Books and More.
Awesome cover. Love the churning of the fire.
Glad you like it! Yes, churning fires are always good 😀
I’ve been reading your posts by email lately. Sorry I’ve disappeared; been snowed under 🙂
I figured you were busy outside of WordPress. Why can’t life remember that blogging takes precedence? 😛
Lol – I know, right? Stupid life… 😀
At least you get away. Sometimes social media is a real downer, so escape is probably a good thing.
Sadly, we’re not going anywhere this summer. I don’t think so, anyway. Capital controls threw a spanner in the works, but even without that, it’s not the right time. The times, they are a-changin’.
Same here, but I’m thinking physical vacation. I have that exile next week, but that’s it. Won’t really be away. Does seem like it’s harder and harder to get away these days.
Sigh…
Almost leaps out of the screen!
Best wishes, Pete.
Kind as always. Thanks, Pete 🙂
