The Colorado Independent Publishers Association announces its 20th annual CIPA EVVY book competition is open for submissions. The CIPA EVVYs are one of the longest-running book awards on the Indie publishing scene. Entries will be accepted until May 17, 2014. Winners will be announced on August 23, 2014.
