It’s Christmas today, and it makes me think of everything that’s happened this year. I’m fighting a nasty cold (celebrating my tradition of falling sick during any holidays or break) and I’ve decided I need a much-needed rest. So, I’ll be closing shop for a couple of weeks, with the exception of sending out a newsletter with your gift. If you haven’t subscribed yet, you can do so from this page.
Let me take this opportunity, then, to wish you…
I’ll see you all again in January. I can’t thank you enough for your continued friendship and support this year. I know that 2017 has been hard for pretty much everyone and hope that 2018 will bring nothing but much-deserved joy. Toward this aim, I’m leaving you with one of the wee one’s favorite cartoons, Masha and the Bear. Enjoy!
Hope you had a lovely Christmas, Nicholas, and you are feeling better. Wishing you a fabulous New Year, and enjoy your well-earned break π
Thank you! I’m much better now. May 2018 bring you nothing but joy π
Enjoy your break and hope you feel better soon. I, too, have had a cold this holiday, shared with me by my sweet granddaughters. Fun times with them have made it worth it. Happy New Year to you and yours!
May your snuffles quickly pass. π
Thanks! I’m feeling much better now π
Enjoy your timeout Nicholas. Get better soon and wishing you all good things for the New Year! π
Thank you so much, Debby! May 2018 bring you nothing but joy π
Thanks Nicholas. I’ll take that in a heartbeat. π
Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family! Yes, my friend, do forget us for a while! May I suggest green tea with lemon. I swear by it for colds π Get well soon, and enjoy your well-deserved rest! xxxx
Thank you! I’m better today, actually. Rest does wonders, I guess π
Merry Christmas to you and your family Nicholas – God bless and I hope you’re feeling better soon π
Thank you, Catherine! Merry Christmas from Electra, the wee one and me π
Enjoy your break, Nicholas. See you for more, in 2018!
Best wishes, Pete.
Thank you so much, Pete! Your support has been one of this year’s highlights. Merry Christmas π
Merry Christmas to you and yours, Nicholas. Nurse that cold, and enjoy the break.
Thank you so much, Audrey! I have to go out in a few minutes to get some produce to our local soup kitchen, but I fully intend to stay in bed after that π
God bless you for doing that. You’re angels, and I hope you get that awesome karma back in no time π
Aw, thank you π
Get well soon, Nicholas, and enjoy some down time, too. You will be missed. Happy New Year, and a much easier 2018 for all of us! π
Aw, thank you so much, Marcia! Best wish ever π
Merry Christmas to you as well, Nicholas. I am also suffering a cold. Happily, I’m on the other side of it now and hot toddies were truly medicinal last night! Here’s to a happy, healthy new year. Happy writing!
Thank you so much, JP! ‘Tis the season to be sniffly, I guess π
Wish you the greatest year ever!
MERRY CHRISTMAS
Thank you so much! You too π
And a Merry Christmas to you, Nicholas! ?
π
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your loved ones, Nicholas.
This kind of cold, as you have now, remind me about the time, where I was educating. Almost all teachers went down in the holiday times. Wish you will heal fast.
Thanks! The antibiotics finally kicked in, so I’m feeling better today. Teaching’s really hard, so I guess it makes sense that the body breaks down when teachers finally take a break.
Exactly. Good to hear, it starts working.
