Those more perceptive among you may have noticed the updated book cover on the right for Pearseus: Mad Water, the second book in my epic fantasy series, Pearseus. Once again, the redesign has been by the very talented Alexios Saskalidis of 187designz.

For those who have read the story, the background represents the red leather coat worn by Teo Altman when he storms Ephia.

Nice cover. The Title and images really pop. And how could someone have read the first and not finished the series? I HAD to read them back to back to know what would happen next. Too fun to stop in the middle. 🙂

Looks fantastic, Nicholas – you must be so pleased! I’ve yet to finish Rise of the Prince – my reading has fallen by the wayside as I work through the edit for my second book, and I have a rather large pile of reading waiting for me when I finish! Hope all is well with you 🙂

Love it, Nicholas!! Alex just worked another miracle! I love the red that telegraphs danger (apologies to MM Jaye but I am color-blind, LOL), and the glints on the various features, the golden scales… those represent justice, power and wealth even. PERFECT for your book! Well done and happy selling 🙂

Love it! I was always fond of “γκρενά” but all I hear of in Greek is “μπορντώ” (I have no idea what the shades are called in English). Now that’s the kind of “γκρενά” I truly love!
